Farmer J, now Butcher J

Butcher J and his trusted side kick, his dad, spent many hours in a cold garage, on a cold, January day...but we now have 35lbs of meat in our freezer. And really, doing this in January makes much more sense than July!

I wonder how long it will take a man and two little boys to go through that protein source?! Any bets?
