Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul.

Aoife

Farmer J thinks Aoife will lamb this week, and likely will give birth to twins.

I'm hoping she holds out until the weekend! Temperatures are to drop, to snot freezing in your nose cold, this week--and I'm in my second week at a new job with Farmer J teaching an extra class this week--so of course she'll lamb mid week when I'm insane and home alone with two small children.

I'm back to doing direct patient care, and wearing scrubs, so at least my work attire will be better suited for the barn (than the last two times I came home from work to find lambs in the pasture and me in the barn in high heels and dress pants).

The great news...Aoife is a birthing champ and a great mama! She has already had two sets of twins and has never needed a lick of help from us!
