Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul.

Garden in bloom

Warmed by the sun and so sweet! The perfect cherry tomatoe!

The smallest watermelon I've ever seen!
Grow! Grow!

The melon just needs to double in size before we can eat it!

One more day and we'll pick this beautiful, yellow tomatoe.

Sweet corn is still not quite ready.

Soon it will be tomatoe canning time!

Our first garden (straw bale) at this new farm. Farmer J said he will till the garden over this fall/spring and plant a traditional garden next year. It's much more fun to garden in the dirt!

And some mulberries for the road. They are so sweet and I can't eat enough of them. The tree is right by the garden so I get a little sweet snack after I'm done with my garden tour.
