Spring...cleaning!
Moon roof open while I drop off my winter sweaters, down comforters and jacket at the dry cleaners! Spring cleaning over my lunch break feels so good!

Farmer J's garden
We may not have a farm yet...but we are already dreaming of a summer garden! If we buy seeds, will the farm come?! Just like the field of dreams?!
Norwex Delivery
I found a big ole Norwex box at our back door when we got home today! It included some of my essential cleaning tools that I ran out of last month!
Spirinetts for cleaning inside the greasy oven...spirisponge for cleaning our cast iron pots, stove top, kitchen sink and tub...ultra power plus laundry detergent...and my favorite blue dishcloth! This dishcloth works wonders for getting cheese and eggs off your dishes...but not stuck in your dishcloth! And we eat lots of eggs and cheese in this Midwest farmhouse, so it's always handy to have quite a few around! And the new blue color keeps the cloth from looking dingy!

My 250th Post!
I have exciting news for my 250th post!
(Sorry, it's not about Aoife-- we still do not have any baby lambs. But if Aoife has lambs on Friday, March 6th, they will share the same birthday as Una!)
Our exciting news is that we have decided NOT to renew our rental lease on this farm. The timing is right for us to move toward "greener pastures", as the ole' farmer's like to say.
Where are we going? Well... we are not sure yet. We tried to buy a foreclosure farm, but that fell through. At first, I was very sad but now I see that living on that farm just wasn't right for our family. And as it turns out, living here just doesn't feel right anymore either. We are hoping God blesses us with another accepted offer on a new property (maybe that country bungalow built in 1919)... and that this sale goes through without a hitch. Please say a five second pray for us to find a peaceful, warm and lovely place to live with our two sons, four sheep, 11 chickens and new baby lambs. I'm praying for patience, faith and more patience!
I'm back to being a very "wary farmwife" as I have absolutely NO idea where we will be living in June... but I trust that God is good...(just as fresh eggs!)
